A hozzávalókból lágy palacsintatésztát készítünk és forró serpenyőben, egy kis zsiradék hozzáadásával palacsintákat sütünk. A tölteléket elkészítjük, a palacsintába halmozzuk, majd felcsavarjuk. Elkészítjük a forró meggyet: a cukrot karamellizáljuk, majd vörösborral felöntjük és beletesszük a meggyet, a diót és a fűszereket, végül keményítővel sűrítjük. Tálaláskor a „V” alakban elrendezett palacsinták közé halmozzuk a forró meggyet.
Hozzávalók 4 fő részére:
Palacsintatészta:
- 30 dkg liszt
- 2 dl tej
- 1 dl víz
- 0,5 dl olaj
Töltelék:
- 50 dkg túró
- 1 dl tejszín
- 10 dkg porcukor
- 0,5 citrom leve és héja
- 1 kávéskanál vaníliás cukor, kevés mazsola
Forró meggy:
- 70 dkg meggy
- 15 dkg cukor
- 0,2 dkg fahéj
- 2 dl vörösbor
- 0,2 dl Agárdi Cigánymeggy vagy Erdei meggy pálinka
- 1 kávéskanál burgonyakeményítő
