A PÁLINKA LEÍRÁSA
Hagyományos kisüsti eljárással, kizárólag érett, tiszta gyümölcsből készült málnapálinka. Nógrád megye málnaültetvényeinek köszönhető „illat-bomba”. Behízelgő, édeskés, hölgyek nagy kedvence. Utóíze kifejezetten hosszú, gyümölcsössége kiváló. Érzékeny aromái miatt a pálinka nem érett fahordóban, hiszen már rövid érlelés után „legyőzné” a fa. Erdei gyümölcsös desszertek kísérő italaként ajánljuk. Ajánlott fogyasztási hőmérséklet: 18-20°C.
Hagyományaink, közmondásaink bizonyítják, hogy a magyarok a pálinkát kismértékben fogyasztva a legjobb orvosságnak, étvágygerjesztőnek, erőt adónak és hangulatoldónak tartják. Nemzeti italunk az egészséges étkezés kiegészítője, ünnepi összejövetelek, családi és társadalmi események elmaradhatatlan kelléke. A Szicsek pálinkák hagyományos technológiával, kisüsti eljárással, szigorú szakmai precizitással készülnek. A termesztett és vadon termő gyümölcsök széles skálájának feldolgozása és a sokféle kiszerelés lehetőséget ad arra, hogy a pálinkaszerető közönség a homoki pálinkafőzde termékei között felfedezze kedvenc ízeit.
A Szicsek Pálinkafőzde az egyik legrégebbi pálinkafőző műhely, Szolnok megye egyik legjelentősebb magánvállalkozása. A Tisza és a Körösök uralta tájon, a Tiszazug északi peremén, Tiszaföldvár kertvárosi részén, Homokon alapította újra üzemét, apja nyomdokaiba lépve Szicsek János. Ínyenc pálinkaivóként saját fogyasztásra gyártja Magyarország zamatos gyümölcseiből a magas alkoholtartalmú párlatokat. Saját bevallása szerint csupán a fölösleget viszi piacra, így vendégeli meg és szólítja fel mértékletes fogyasztásra az összes vásárlót, aki az ő pálinkáját fogyasztja.
Szicsek János pálinka iránti elkötelezettségét jelzi a Magyar Pálinka Háza megalapítása, amellyel a szakma művelői és a pálinka fogyasztói előtt tiszteleg. A ház a pálinkafőző szakma összefogásának jelképe, a polcokon az ismert nagy gyártók mellett az összes hazai pálinkafőző terméke jelen van, számuk remélhetőleg folyamatosan nőni fog. Az üzlet folyamatosan figyelemmel kíséri a pálinkafőző szakma változásait, így mindig képes lesz bemutatni a teljes pálinkapiacot az érdeklődőknek.

Rendkívül kellemes ízharmónia, illata felemelő és a pohárban az ital elfogyasztása után sokáig érezhető. Málnából csak most sikerült fogyasztanom, bátran ajánlom karácsonyi ajándéknak.

Leírhatatlanul fenséges. Maga Isten egy megjelenési formája. Sokan olyanok is elcsábulnak tőle, akik egyébként egyáltalán nem kedvelik a pálinkát.
