Az 1991-ben alapított vállalkozásunk Tolna megyében, Györkönyben található. Mérnöki munkám mellett – hobbiként – sajátítottam el a pálinkafőzés tudományát és indítottam útjára a családi vállalkozást feleségem és lányaim segítségével.
A cég kezdetben bor- és almapárlat előállításával foglalkozott. Mióta megvásároltuk a 100 éves györkönyi községi pálinkafőzdét, a közvetlen, fatüzelésű kisüstöket átalakítás nélkül üzemeltetjük, érlelő pincének 100-150 éves pincéket használunk.
Sok vívódással járt, hogy előállítható-e magyar szőlőből, magyar kisüstön, magyar tölgyfahordóban érlelt kitűnő minőségű brandy? De az elért eredmények a kérdést eldöntötték. Igy a termékpalettán mára már 10-12 éves érlelésű, kétszeres aranyérmes X.O. minőségű Bardin brandyt, valamint a hazai és nemzetközi versenyeken elismert érlelt Bardin almapálinkát kínálunk.
1997-ben a termékpalettánk többféle, hazai gyümölcsből készített párlattal bővült. A pálinkákkal kapcsolatban felismertük, hogy a fogyasztói igények preferálják az osztrák vagy német pálinkafőzőkön desztillált gyümölcsillatú termékeket, ezért 2003-ban beszereztünk egy 150 literes, erősítő feltétes pálinkafőző berendezest Németországból, Ulrich Kothe műhelyéből.
A hagyományos pálinkafajták, mint a barack-, vilmoskörte-, cseresznye- és törkölypálinka mellett, álmunkat megvalósítva, létrehoztuk a kirobbanó, parfűmös illatú Special Reserve termékcsaládot.
Az évek során szoros együttműködést alakítottunk ki neves hazai borászokkal, úgy mint az Árvay-, Hagymási-, Günzer-, Mészáros-, Opperheim-, Szeremley-, Wunderlich pincészetekkel.
A MÁRTON ÉS LÁNYAI pálinkák minőségének megmérettetése érdekében rendszeresen részt veszünk hazai (Hundeszt) és nemzetközi (osztrák Destillata és belga Concours Mondial) párlatversenyeken, ahol minden évben számos díjjal – arany, ezüst, bronz érem – jutalmazzák a Márton pálinkák minőségét.
Bár a piac igen telített, mára már bebizonyosodott, hogy a válogatott gyümölcsből, gondos munkával készített Special Reserve család tagjai – mint a málnapálinka, vilmoskörtepálinka, a muskotályos törkölypálinka, a vadszederpálinka, az „Irsai Olivér” szőlőpálinka – a kultúrált pálinkafogyasztók kedvenceivé váltak.
Célkitűzésünk, hogy a hazai fogyasztási szokásokban ismét teret nyerjenek – a piacot uraló kommersz italokkal szemben – a természetes alapanyagokból készített gyümölcspárlatok.
