Hogy honnan a név: Árpád Pálinka? A történet a nagypapámnál kezdődik, aki nagyon meleg szívű, dolgos ember volt. Szerették a falubéliek, melyet ő barátsággal és jó, ízletes pálinkával hálált meg. Tőle van az apám neve és az enyém is. Hogy mennyire régre nyúlik vissza az Árpád név a családunkban még nem jártam utána, de nagymamám szerint legalább öt generáció férfi tagja viselte már ezt a régi magyar nevet.
Édesapám 1978 óta főzi a pálinkát és tőle tanultam a szakma minden titkát. Ahogy beletanultam a pálinkafőzésbe, úgy nőtt a hitem és az elkötelezettségem a szakma és a családi pálinkáink iránt. Valahányszor lefőzök egy számomra kiváló párlatot, édesapám az akivel megosztom az első ízlelés élményét. Ő az aki mindig mögöttem áll szakmai tudásával és élettapasztalatával.
A családi név és az apám iránt érzett tisztelet kötelez arra, hogy a legjobb tudásommal, szívvel-lélekkel főzzem a pálinkát és nővéremmel karöltve felelősséggel vezessük cégünket.
Sok jó pálinka van Magyarországon, de a jók között is vannak legjobbak. Családommal hiszünk abban és azért dolgozunk, hogy az ÁRPÁD PÁLINKÁK a kiváló minőségű, legjobb pálinkák közé tartozzanak és méltó helyet kapjanak a mai kultúrált pálinkafogyasztásban. Fő célunk az egyediség és a minőség középpontban tartása.

Szilvaültetvényünk
Árpád Pálinkák közül legfontosabb számunkra a szilva íz világ, mivel a családi tulajdonban lévő 6 hektárnyi szilvaültetvény lehetővé teszi számunkra, hogy a legmagasabb minőségű szilvapálinkákat állítsuk elő hazánkban. Saját gyümölcsösünk lehetőséget ad arra, hogy mi határozzuk meg a gyümölcs bel tartalmi értékei alapján a legoptimálisabb szüretelési időpontot. Termékeinkhez csak 100%-ban érett, egészséges, tiszta gyümölcsöt használunk fel.
Erjesztő üzemünk
Az erjesztés során a legmodernebb számítógép vezérlésű, irányított erjesztési technológiát alkalmazzuk, amely biztosítja, hogy a pálinkáinkban a gyümölcs aromatikája tökéletesen visszatükröződjön.
Pálinkafőzdénk
Pálinkafőzdénkben a lepárlás során használjuk mind a modern oszlopos rendszerű, mind pedig a hagyományos kisüsti technológiát. Mindkét főzési technológiával arra törekszünk, hogy a legkíméletesebb desztilláció során visszanyerjük a gyümölcs illatát és aromáját.
Palackozás
