Az építkezés nehézségeit leküzdve, majd 4 év után került átadásra a Borászati feldolgozó részlege, 2006.-ban. Az azt követő évben a vendéglátó egység – Cinnamon étterem- is elkészült, és vált rövid idő alatt a bor- gasztronómia egyik fellegvárává.
Kellemes meleg érzés tölti el a belépő vendéget, visszaköszönnek a mediterrán, tradicionális és a modern elemek, a sóskúti mészkőfal és a brazil gránit lapok kontrasztja is e hatást erősíti.
