Cégünket 1993-ban – vegyészmérnökökként – családi vállalkozásként hoztuk létre azzal a céllal, hogy hagyományos kisüsti pálinkát állítsunk elő. A cégnév választással a bizalmat kívántuk erősíteni azzal, hogy családi nevünket adtuk tevékenységünkhöz.
1999 januárban – zöldmezős beruházásként – Balatonalmádi határában, a festői szépségű Vödörvölgyben indítottuk el bérszeszfőzdénket a környező és távolabbi lakosság legnagyobb megelégedésére. Vonzáskörzetünkben – és kicsit távolabbról is – közel 2000 visszatérő partnerrel kerültünk kapcsolatba
Bérfőzés keretében arra törekszünk, hogy rugalmasan alkalmazkodjunk a főzetők igényeihez, számukra a beszállított alapanyagból a legjobb minőségű pálinkát állítsuk elő.
Küldetésünknek tekintjük a Magyarországon kialakult több száz éves kisüsti pálinkafőzés hagyományainak őrzését, – de nem utasítjuk el a korszerű szerkezeti anyagok, a műszerezés kínálta előnyöket -. Fatüzelésű rézüstökben, kétszeres lepárlással – saválló hűtőket és tárolótartályokat alkalmazva – állítjuk elő az 50%-os “kisüstit”. A vásárlók igényeinek megfelelően 2008. évtől 42%-os pálinkákat is forgalmazunk. A szakirodalomban megjelenő legújabb eredményeket figyelemmel kísérve végezzük munkánkat, melyben jelentős szerep jut a tudásnak, tapasztalatnak.
A meglévő szakértelem és megszerzett tapasztalat alapján 2005-ben láttuk elérkezettnek az időt, hogy saját, palackozott pálinkával megjelenjünk a piacon. Megépítettük palackozó üzemünket.
A kereskedelmi pálinka előállításához az alapanyagot az adott gyümölcs magyarországi legjobb termőhelyeiről szerezzük be. Kézi válogatással biztosítjuk, hogy csak érett, egészséges gyümölcs kerüljön feldolgozásra. Szakértelmünk, több éves tapasztalatunk jelent garanciát a jó minőségre. Termékeinket a gasztronómai élvezetek kedvelőinek szánjuk, akik szeretik a különlegességeket, a tiszta, természetes ízeket, elutasítják a világunkat elárasztó mesterséges aromákat, szinezékeket tartalmazó termékeket, tisztelik a hagyományokat. Pálinkáinkat kis volumenben hozzuk forgalomba.
Működtetjük a HACCP (Élelmiszerbiztonsági) rendszert, az ISO 9001:2000 Minőségbiztosítási rendszert.
A környezetvédelmi előírásoknak maradéktalanul eleget téve a hulladékokat hatósági engedéllyel talajerő visszapótlásként hasznosítjuk. A természeti erőforrásokkal takarékosan bánunk; a hűtővizet visszaforgatjuk, az energiát megújuló erőforrásból nyerjük.
