És mivel borpincéik mellett egy 100 éves, kisüsti technológiával felszerelt pálinkafőzde birtokosai is egyben, ahol ráadásul egy mindent tudó pálinkamester serénykedik – így minden adott a jó törkölypálinka elkészítéséhez.
7 éve készül Neszmélyen pálinka, a termelés és az eladás mennyisége szinte elenyésző a borforgalmazáshoz képest, hiszen mindössze 8–10 ezer palacknyit értékesítenek – és kizárólag törkölyt. A pálinkakészítést és -forgalmazást a cég vezetői hosszú távú befektetésként kezelik, mivel megítélésük szerint ma Magyarországon a pálinkafogyasztás kultúrája nagyjából ott tart, ahol a bor 15 évvel ezelőtt.

Joggal vetődik fel a kérdés: vajon érdemes-e egy kisebb vagy nagyobb bortermelőnek, -forgalmazónak mindezek fényében a pálinkapiacot megcéloznia, vagy jobb, ha manapság „kihagyja” ezt a területet? A neszmélyiek szerint, akik hangsúlyozzák, hogy ők „csupán” a borkészítés melléktermékét használják fel, befektetniük a borászoknak nem érdemes, legalábbis abban az esetben, ha csak a törkölyt kívánják lepárolni.
